I received a defective or damaged product

We truly apologize for your inconvenience in receiving a defective item. At your earliest convenience,  please email our Customer Support team at support@thelipbar.com or create a new support ticket with photos of the defective item as well as the 4 digit lot number, which is found on the shade label at the bottom/side of the product.  This information will allow us to move forward with replacement options.
